A Letter to Our Patients
Dear Patients and Families,
We genuinely missed seeing you during our temporary closure and have loved seeing the smiling faces of our patients since reopening. Since it has been about 8 weeks since EDG reopened, we would like to provide you with an update.
As indicated in our previous communications, the safety of our patients and team has always been our top priority. We are pleased to share with you that things are going very well and the additional safety protocols that we have implemented as a result of the pandemic have enabled us to continue providing dental treatment in the safest manner possible.
You already have or will notice the additional Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that our team members are wearing as recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We will be charging a nominal fee for PPE that is only a small fraction of our costs at your visit.
In addition to the recommended PPE and safety protocols that we have implemented, we have also made a significant investment in medical grade air purification systems for each operatory. These systems go above and beyond what is being recommended by the ADA, CDC, and OSHA.
We are working hard to get everyone who was scheduled for an appointment during our temporary closure in as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these challenging times.
