  • Oils, most of them from fish, nuts and vegetable oils

  • Eat foods that are low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, and salt (sodium)
  • Avoid a high sugar diet which can increase tooth decay
  • Drink water between meals, which is good for overall health. Also if you drink water after eating it helps to wash away food particles
