Originally from the Midwest, Dr. Patel graduated with her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville, KY in 2011 and then completed her education at the University of Connecticut's School of Dental Medicine AEGD Residency. Giving back to the community keeps Dr. Patel humble, human and grounded in her profession. Dr. Patel is an active member of American Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Association, and Hartford Dental Society.

When Dr. Patel is out of the office, she enjoys traveling, movies, spending time outdoors with her family and the company of her friends. Having an active social life, you are likely to catch her at a local restaurant, shopping or town event with her family. Dr. Patel resides locally with her husband and two young daughters.
